What we collect

When you book an appointment, the booking system asks for your name, phone number, email and details about your vehicle so we can schedule and confirm your visit. Online booking is provided by Mitchell 1, our shop management system, and their handling of that information is covered by their own privacy policy.

Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit, such as the pages you view and the type of device and browser you use. We use this to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well. We do not sell this information and we do not use it to identify you personally.

Calls and texts

If you call or text the shop, we use your number only to respond to you and to follow up about your vehicle. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
